Our state-of-the-art CNC machining capabilities include the Mitsubishi Fiber Laser for precision laser cutting services. A Trumpf CO2 laser and Mitsubishi CO2 laser complement the fiber laser and help to spread the workflow. Our machines use vacuum lifters with cranes which help the operator load sheets in a safe and timely manner. A Trumpf TC 5000 punching machine and TC500 both come with a variety of emboss, louver and custom tooling that help to meet the demands of our customers.
We have 8 brake presses which help us with finishing our workload in a timely manner. We can accommodate material lengths up to 14' and can bend steel up 1/2 " in thickness. We have 2 milling machines which allow us to create complex parts from stock material. Our facility has 3 PEMSERTER® machines for efficient assembly, along with a S20 A Series III - HydMech saw machine. For forming round cylinder and cones we have a Three-Roll Rounding Machine that ensures accurate rolling, while our welding solutions include Tig, Mig, Laser, Stud and Spot Welding Machines. Additionally, we offer advanced programming software tailored for our laser and punching machines to streamline production.
